Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit to Secure Your Date

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your event date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your event.

Full Refund — Early Cancellation

If you cancel more than 5 business days before your event, we will refund your deposit in full — no questions asked.

Deposit Retained — Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 5 business days of your event date will result in the 25% deposit being retained to cover preparation and reserved materials.

Rescheduling

Need to move your date? We're happy to reschedule with more than 5 business days' notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.
